Imagination Yoga® Class Schedule

Introduce your active child to the benefits of yoga as they build strength, balance and concentration through this fun and imaginative class. A certified Imagination Yoga Facilitator takes a class of children on grand adventures as they imagine Yoga in the Castle, the Jungle, in Outer Space, with the Dinosaurs, under the Sea and on the Farm. Your child will learn 40+ Yoga poses and find great concentration, relaxation and body awareness through visualization, breath, movement and music. Ages 3 and up. Yoga mats provided, parent participation is encouraged.

Classes will be held each Friday, starting July 9th

*NOTE: Students must been enrolled at the Carden Cascade Academy in order to participate in this class.
